Whatever age, MindfullyU offers a course to suit your mindfulness needs. We offer courses for ages 3 and up to help balance the social, emotional needs of any age.

Small-Elementary

ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

MindfullyU is an in class social-emotional learning program that uses brain based stress reduction practices. Our elementary programs focus on combining movement with learning that aligns with language arts, math, science and social studies curriculum.

MIDDLE SCHOOL

The middle school years are perhaps the most impactful years of a student’s life. With all of the changes physically, emotionally and socially, students need skill to help guide them through these challenges. Our programs offer social emotional skills, impulse control, stress reduction, and empowerment to help students navigate these important years.

Small-Math-3

HIGH SCHOOL

As students start the transition to adulthood, skills such as self-reflection, stress management, impulse control and emotional regulation are important skills to take as they move on to university and the work force. Our courses empower students to take control of the thoughts that lead to anxiety and learn to be a more compassionate and empathetic global citizen.

ADULT
