The middle school years are perhaps the most impactful years of a student’s life. With all of the changes physically, emotionally and socially, students need skill to help guide them through these challenges. Our programs offer social emotional skills, impulse control, stress reduction, and empowerment to help students navigate these important years.
As students start the transition to adulthood, skills such as self-reflection, stress management, impulse control and emotional regulation are important skills to take as they move on to university and the work force. Our courses empower students to take control of the thoughts that lead to anxiety and learn to be a more compassionate and empathetic global citizen.
